Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, requiring all cancellations to be made at least 48 business hours in advance during working hours. Failure to comply with this arrangement will incur a 50% charge on normal therapy charges. We also reserve the right to charge for our speech therapists’ travel expenditure for late cancellations.
